Submit an order request with the details your logistics team needs, then follow it through review, confirmation and completion. Every status change is recorded with who made it and when, so there is never a question about what was agreed.
Every order carries its own private conversation, shared across your company and the logistics team. Unread counts are tracked per person, so each colleague sees what they personally have not read yet.
Attach files to an order conversation. Uploads are checked on the server for real file type before they are stored, and the storage bucket is private — files are reachable only through the order they belong to.
Rates are recorded against the order and shown to the people you allow to see them, keeping commercial and operational information in one record.
One company, many users. The company owner adds users directly and sets per-user permissions covering viewing orders, creating orders, viewing messages, sending messages, viewing documents and viewing rates.
The full interface is available in English and Simplified Chinese and can be switched at any time, which matters for teams working across both markets.
The portal is private. Orders, conversations, documents and company data are only reachable by signed-in members of the company they belong to and by the GETCARGO team. Nothing inside the portal is published or indexed by search engines.
